Review Procedure

• Each publication is evaluated at least by two independent reviewers from outside the author's affiliation.
• The authors and reviewers identites are unknown to each other (double-blind review process); and in other cases the reviewer will sign a declaration of no conflict of interest, which recognises if a conflict of interest exists between the reviewer and author, by either direct personal relationship or research collaboration in the last two years preceeding the time of review.
• The written review contains a clear proposal for the publication or rejection of the scientific article in accordance with the conditions of admission.
• The eligibility criteria for the review of articles and for their acceptance or rejection is publically available on the journal website and in the published issue of the journal.
• Neither the names of reviewers nor the edition numbers of the journal are disclosed.
